The reflection papers are intended to be short papers but to be sure that you are answering all questions, it may be easier to copy and paste the question prompts into a word document and respond accordingly, so that you and I can be sure you have answered all questions and completed the reflection paper.

1. How does the group measure its’ accomplishments? What gets in the way of the group maximizing its performance? Does your measure of accomplishment match the groups?
2. What is the group climate like, do you sense cohesiveness in the group? What has contributed to this specifically, was it something the leader did or something the group members have done?
3. Are you pleased you joined this group? Why or why not? What was the most important thing you personally gained from this experience?
4. What specific leadership skills have you seen utilized in this group to date? Have you seen any missed opportunities? What has happened as a result of the skills employed (spend most of your time here).
